El mecanismo de reporte debe estar:<\/p>

  • En un lugar visible dentro del sitio web o plataforma, preferiblemente en el pie de p\u00e1gina, men\u00fa principal o secci\u00f3n de seguridad.<\/li>
  • Identificado con un bot\u00f3n o enlace claro, por ejemplo:
    \u201cReportar Material de Abuso Sexual Infantil (MASI)\u201d o \u201cReportar contenido
    ilegal\u201d.<\/li>

    Los usuarios podr\u00e1n realizar reportes a trav\u00e9s de:<\/p>

    • Formulario de reporte en l\u00ednea, disponible de manera permanente.<\/li>
    • Correo electr\u00f3nico oficial exclusivo para denuncias de contenido ilegal.<\/li>
    • L\u00ednea telef\u00f3nica de atenci\u00f3n (si est\u00e1 disponible).<\/li>

      El mecanismo solicitar\u00e1 \u00fanicamente la informaci\u00f3n m\u00ednima necesaria para gestionar la denuncia:<\/p>

      • Descripci\u00f3n breve del contenido o enlace a reportar.<\/li>
      • Ubicaci\u00f3n donde fue visto (URL, chat, plataforma, horario).<\/li>
      • Evidencia opcional (sin reenviar contenido ilegal).<\/li>
      • Datos de contacto del denunciante (opcional).<\/li><\/ul>

        Importante: El mecanismo debe especificar claramente que no se debe adjuntar ni reenviar<\/em>

        Una vez recibido el reporte:<\/p>

        • El sistema generar\u00e1 un acuse de recibido (si el usuario proporciona contacto).<\/li>
        • El equipo de seguridad o protecci\u00f3n digital revisar\u00e1 la informaci\u00f3n.<\/li>
        • Se bloquear\u00e1 o retirar\u00e1 de inmediato el acceso al contenido reportado.<\/li>
        • Se notificar\u00e1 a las autoridades competentes seg\u00fan la legislaci\u00f3n vigente.<\/li>
